The 2022 Six-Coin Uncirculated Set – Legends Edition features a unique Australian Dinosaurs 2022 $1 ‘C’ Mintmark Uncirculated Coin in addition to the other standard 2022 circulating coins.

Since the discovery of Australia’s first dinosaur fossil in Victoria in 1903, dinosaur fossils have been found all over Australia, including Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.

This limited edition ballot release celebrates Australia’s ‘terrible lizards’. Featuring the fast, lightweight predator Australovenator wintonensis on the uncirculated $1 coin and front right of the packaging, and the large-bodied ornithopod Muttaburrasaurus langdoni front left of the packaging. On the backside of the packaging the Kunbarrasaurus ieversi is depicted, which was covered in bony armour.
