Shipping and Postage

(a) Currency Australia - CCA will ship all orders to postal address within Australia at the flat rate of $14.95; excluding orders over 5kg, and or package dimensions outside set postal limitations (medium box - 240 x 190 x 120mm or medium satchel - 38.5 x 26.5cm). With express shipping costing $18.95; excluding orders over 5kg, and or package dimensions outside set postal limitations (small box - 220 x 160 x 70mm or small satchel - 35.5 x 22cm). Customers will be contacted for further conformation otherwise. CCA - Australia retains the right to use any postal service of it's choice. In some instances delivery to parcel lockers, post office boxes, regional and remote locations may be unserviceable. In this case you will be contacted regarding alternative delivery options.

(b) All shipping will be by the way of registered post or similar delivery system supplied by Australia Post or another similar courier service chosen at our discretion. If you wish to use a specific service please email us with the with the message subject titled Shipping Change along with your order number and your name for further discussion.

(c) Overseas orders - please contact Currency Australia - CCA before purchasing. On agreement from Currency Australia - CCA; orders will be subject to the applicable rate of shipping for the ordered items. All orders will be sent by registered postage or similar receipted delivery services and will require a signature on delivery. In recognition of this condition please consider overseas shipping costs before purchasing. Items ordered may also be subject to import duties and tax, please check your local laws before deciding to order as you may be charged additional costs by customs or other government agencies.

(d) Some orders may not be able to be sent to an overseas destination. For this reason it is important to contact us via the official Currency Australia - CCA email before ordering.

(e) All coins will be shipped in their original packaging. For any loose or individual products, each will be placed into appropriate PVC free storage. If this arrangement does not suit you, please get in contact to arrange alternative packaging.

(f) All orders will be shipped between 1 to 2 business days once payments are finalised.

(g) Shipping times will vary on each carriers service delivery operations separate from Currency Australia - CCA operations.

(h) All orders $500 or above automatically qualify for signature on delivery. If you are seeking to require a signature on delivery, we are able to arrange this service for no extra charge on request by sending an email to currenyaustralia-cca@outlook.com with your order details included.
