2024 marked the first year every Australian circulating denomination carried the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the Royal Australian Mint commemorated the change of monarch with this Premium Rolled Coin Set — six official Mint rolls, one each of the 5c, 10c, 20c, 50c, $1 and $2, containing 165 uncirculated coins with a combined face value of $90.

Each premium roll is wrapped heads-and-tails in Royal Australian Mint branded paper and sealed with a tamper-proof sticker, so the first and last coin of every roll displays crisply through the wrapper.

The obverse of each coin bears the first-year effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by the Mint’s Daniel Thorne, paired with the standard circulating reverse designs.

The six rolls are housed together in the Mint’s presentation box — a complete, sealed record of a moment of numismatic history that comes along once in a generation.
